1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up for a scheduled trip or service without prior notice, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Modifications

Requests to modify booking dates or vehicle types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
